Task 4:
I was shopping for a new pair of heels and I went into the shop and it was busy with only 3 workers I asked for a different size then the shoe that was on display and they told me to wait until they had finished serving the customer before me, I waited 10 minutes and asked again and they told me to wait again, I had to wait another 5 minutes and got up and left because I saw one of the workers free yet she still didn't help me.
Task 5:
I wasn't really shopping for anything specific but I went into a shop with Maree Saba and was looking at different cloths and a worker came up to us and greeted us friendly then helped us with sizes with the cloths we wanted to try on and she also told us if they looked good or not and what would go best with the outfit. She acted as if she was just a friend that was helping out and it gave me a positive vibe with the store.
